What is a Concierge Dietitian?

We collaborate and plan out how to fit all one’s favorite foods in as to never feel deprived.  If you do not restrict, you do not feel deprived and therefore you will never “fall off” your plan. 

The second most essential aspect that makes my services superior is the level of support, guidance, coaching and education given to each and every client.  We don’t just have a weekly meeting to discuss eating, progress, exercise.  Clients have the option to check in daily via any form of communication necessary to stay on track.  Consistency not perfection is the key to staying on track and seeing results.

After 30+ years of counseling clients I have learned several key components to successful weight management. First and foremost you need to fit the plan into your lifestyle not the reverse. Many people attempt to lose weight following a plan that they cannot fully embrace into their lifestyle and as a result after a few weeks or even days they give up. They view themselves as a failure. I often ask clients, why do you blame yourself?  Did you ever consider that the plan you were trying to follow was flawed?
